Pharisees of the Office-

1. They come to work early and start monitoring the resumption time of everyone else. 2. They try to make themselves the standard of the work done in the office even if it means bringing down those who do better work. 3. They think they are the only blessing to the organization. 4. They struggle to follow instructions from their leaders but they are quick to dish them out. 5. They are quick to point out mistakes but get angry when theirs is shown to them. 6. They love being the center of attention in the office. 7. When things are not done in their favor, it is because there is a conspiracy against them. 8. They love to lead but struggle to follow. 9. They believe they are the best, the smartest and the brightest. 10. They are divisive - always trying to rally people to their point of view and nothing else. 11. They believe "They Know", therefore, every other person should come and learn. 12. They do not readily accept when they are wrong. 13. They try to catch others doing something wrong. 14. They are quick to point fingers and accuse others. 15. They are quick to criticize others. 16. They have trust issues with the work of others.
