According to the International Trade Center Market Access Map (www.macmap.org/covid19), as at June 18, 2020, 95 countries placed temporary export restrictions on the essential COVID-19 pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products used in response to COVID-19 treatment inclusive of some African countries, hence the need for countries to look inwards for some home-grown solutions. The fall out of this realization is that every country looks inward for solutions because very many countries are under the pandemic attack.

Countries around the world must take the issue of medical self sufficiency very seriously as to mitigate the loss of invaluable human resources.Though the pandemic has laid to waste very many people around the world and many more thousands and millions are still experiencing the whiplash and pangs of Covid-19, countries should be able to take their best brains to work to come up with a treatment module which will cater for the immobilization  and control of this pandemic level as medical Teams and various stop-gap emergencies around the world continue to battle the effects of this virus.
