The stupid & senseless wannabe CEO-The Panagora Blog

Most Entreprenuers are truly senseless.Imagine the proclivity of everyone trying to answer CEO,Managing Director and trying to lord it over others,in some cases older people and also more experienced folks.
That you hit some drug money in Indonesia or Malaysia from whatever crap you did there does not make you more sensible,more knowledgeable or experienced from specialists in that field.
I worked with an idiot who did not know what marketing collateral or atl are.Indeed he seems very annoyed each time I mentioned provision of work tools or marketing collateral.He got me on board in June and brought two other ladies within the same month.
The only work tool this idiot provided was a 1980 laptop without four screws attached to the back which exposes all the innards of the device.Neither could he provide a basic form of communication device like Cug or Vpn phones,recharge cards for making calls and business cards for the Team Lead.He also shortly engaged two other ladies whom he told to be working with their personal phones and assigned them to work with me for a month.One of the ladies just excused herself at the end of the very first month and the animal was asking me what led to her exit insinuating its because of 'your managerial competence', 
This dullard was making inferences that I should have stopped the lady from leaving the crappy routine and also micro manage the ladies in other not to leave.In this modern time,I have had to discontinue the work relationship I had with the imbecile for 2 months because non of the items I needed to work or function properly was provided.On my exit yesterday the remaining lady that worked with me also left the crappy imbecile .People should look before they leap,so many of them are on Linkedin answering CEO/Managing Director without a common atom of sense ,even you will find that the road side mechanic,bike rider and fish seller has more sense than them.To have allowed this idiot on my Linkedin connection for 2 Months is a very big mistake.I should have sent him way out of my professional life the very first month I knew him because he was nothing short of a nuisance.Sadly the idiot I am referring to finished with a HND in the Polytechnic and has never had any other additional C-level certfication. People should look before they leap and be wary of all the Tom,Dick and Harry CEO wanna-be's on Linkedin .
